Job Description:

★ Calling, Emailing & Following up on the leads or customers is at the heart of this role.

★ Learn & understand Altair’s broad portfolio of solutions quickly.

★ Learn about the new tools/software to enable them with their day to day activity.

★ Researching, Identifying, and Qualifying new customers where Altair Solutions can be positioned.

★ Profiling customers to get information through calls, emails, and tools if required.

★ Communication is a key aspect of making outbound calls, emails to potential customers, and following up with questions and sending additional information required.

★ Understanding customers’ needs, identifying sales opportunities, and position the right solution.

★ Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

★ Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

★ Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

★ Staying informed about competing products and services.

★ Upselling products and services.
